Customer Feedback on Refiner Golf

You’ve seen our reviews on Refiner Golf for some time now but I’ve been getting emails since the day after I started putting my email out there in the newsletter. For that reason, I want to hear what you think.

I purchased the club for my husband but when we received the wrong model. I contacted refiner about this and they would take the club back… if we paid the shipping. Very disappointed with the customer service for something that was their fault
I left a review on Amazon some time ago and am not sure how you could have come to such a positive conclusion about their clubs. I caution readers to take this website’s positive assessment of the Refiner with a grain of salt - do they get paid if you buy it?

Sorry I’m so late responding to your question.
We are compensated if someone buys the club through this site but that arrangement happened after we first reviewed the product, not after. If you check around the site you can find some other products we have not given a popular review.

flimsy construction. Not pleased at all but unfortunately I let it sit past my 30 day return window.
My problem with the refiner is that It hinges on impact, not before or after. Helped with tempo issues but does not perform as well as advertised when hitting actual balls.
